NOTICE ON THE WAY OF SUBMITTING A WRITTEN COMPLAINT BY THE USER OF THE SERVICES
In accordance with Article 6 paragraph 3 of the Law on the provision of services in tourism (“Official Gazette”, no. 130/17), we inform service users that they can submit a written complaint about the quality of our services at our business premises and that they will be notified in writing without delay. confirmed receipt of that complaint. Objections can also be submitted by mail to the address:

We will respond to the consumer’s written complaint in writing no later than 15 days after receiving the complaint, so please provide us with your contact address for delivery of the contract in your complaint.

Sukladno čl.6 st.3 Zakona o pružanju usluga u turizmu („Narodne novine“, br. 130/17), obavještavamo korisnike usluga da pisani prigovor na kvalitetu naših usluha mogu podnijeti u našim poslovnim prostorijama te će im bez odgađanja pisanim putem biti potvrđen primitak tog prigovora.
