The Hvar Pub Crawl accepts bookings subject to the following:

1. Your Contract with The Hvar Pub Crawl

To secure a booking requires one of the following: A completed online booking form for each booking, a booking by telephone or email, or a ticket is purchased in person from a Hvar Pub Crawl representative. Clients booking by telephone, email, or in person will be deemed to have read the booking conditions and accepted them. An online or telephone booking is accepted and becomes definite only from the date when The Hvar Pub Crawl has confirmed acceptance via email. An in-person booking becomes definite when the payment is received by the Hvar Pub Crawl representative. It is at this point that a contract between The Hvar Pub Crawl and the Client comes into existence. Before your booking is confirmed and a contract comes into force, The Hvar Pub Crawl reserves the right to increase or decrease advertised prices. The Hvar Pub Crawl reserves the right to decline any booking at their discretion. The contract, including all matters rising from it, is subject to Croatian Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Croatian Courts. No employee of The Hvar Pub Crawl other than the managers has the authority to vary or omit any of these terms or promise any discount or refund.

2. Age

All clients must be at least 18 years of age and in possession of valid identification.

3. Payment for Your Tour

The deposit and full payment paid is non-refundable. The balance of all monies due, including any surcharges applicable at that time, must be paid to The Hvar Pub Crawl by the date specified for each tour. In the case of non-attendance The Hvar Pub Crawl will treat the booking as cancelled by the Client.

4. Changes by You

Any changes to the original booking must be confirmed by email by the person submitting the booking. Whilst every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate changes and the additional requests, availability cannot be guaranteed.

5. Cancellation by You

The Client may cancel the booking at any time provided that the cancellation is communicated to The Hvar Pub Crawl by email or telephone. Cancellations must be made at least one week before the booked tour date in order to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within one week of the booking will not result in any refund. If the agreed service is being provided, no refund will be given.

6. Changes by Us

While The Hvar Pub Crawl will use its best endeavours to operate all tours as advertised, by entering into this contract the Client accepts that it may prove necessary or advisable to vary of modify a tour itinerary or its content due to prevailing local conditions. The Hvar Pub Crawl reserves the right at any time to cancel or change any of the facilities, services or prices described in the advertising, and to substitute alternative arrangements of comparable monetary value without compensation and accepts no liability for loss of enjoyment as a result of these changes. If a major change becomes necessary The Hvar Pub Crawl will inform the Client as soon as reasonably possible if there is time before the booking date. The definition of major change will depend on the individual tour and circumstances. When a major change is made the Client will have the choice of accepting the change or arrangements, purchasing another available tour or canceling.

7. Cancellation by Us

The Hvar Pub Crawl reserves the right to cancel a tour in any circumstances but will endeavour to avoid this unless absolutely necessary. The Hvar Pub Crawl tours will not occur if there are less than eight (8) people in attendance on the public offering.

8. Travel Insurance

Clients together with their personal property including baggage are at all times solely at their own risk. Clients are wholly responsible for arranging their own insurance. Clients making their own arrangements should ensure that there are no exclusion clauses limiting protection for the type of activities in their tour.

9. Passports and Visas

It is the responsibility of the Client to be in possession of a valid passport and visa permit for the duration of the tour. Information about these matters or related items is given in good faith but without responsibility on the part of The Hvar Pub Crawl.

10. Age, Fitness and Participation

The Hvar Pub Crawl tours suit outgoing and energetic people. All Clients are expected to satisfy themselves prior to booking that they are fit and able to complete the itinerary of the tour. The Hvar Pub Crawl reserves the absolute right to decline a booking at their discretion. Clients agree to accept the authority and decisions of The Hvar Pub Crawl’s employees, tour leaders, and affiliates whilst on tour with The Hvar Pub Crawl. If, in the opinion of such person, the health or conduct of a Client before or after the departure appears likely to endanger the safe, comfortable or happy progress of the tour, the Client may be excluded from all or part of the tour. On The Hvar Pub Crawl, large quantities of alcohol are often consumed by clients. All clients are responsible for their own safety and well-being. The Hvar Pub Crawl does not encourage any clients to engage in any dangerous activity or to drink excessively. The Hvar Pub Crawl cannot accept any responsibility if the client drinks too much or engages in dangerous activities and suffers injury, illness, death, loss or damage as a result.

11. Croatian Laws and Behaviour

All participants in tours operated by The Hvar Pub Crawl are expected to obey Croatian laws and regulations and any failure to do so will relieve The Hvar Pub Crawl of all obligations that they may otherwise have under these booking conditions. Any damage or loss caused by a Client is the responsibility of the Client. Full payment for any such damage or loss must be paid at the time direct to the accommodation owner or manager or other supplier. If the Client fails to do so, the Client will be responsible for meeting any claims (including legal costs) subsequently made against The Hvar Pub Crawl as a result of the Client’s actions. The Hvar Pub Crawl expects the Client to have consideration for other people. If, in The Hvar Pub Crawl’s opinion, any Client behaves in such a way as to cause or be likely to cause danger, annoyance or distress to any third party or damage to property, The Hvar Pub Crawl is entitled, without prior notice, to terminate the tour of the Client concerned. In this situation, the Client concerned will be required to leave the tour. The Hvar Pub Crawl will have no further responsibility towards the Client. No refunds will be made and The Hvar Pub Crawl will not pay any expenses or costs incurred as a result of the termination.

12. Illness or Disability

Anyone suffering from illness or disability or undergoing treatment for any physical or medical condition must declare the true nature of such condition at the time of booking and make arrangements for the provision of any medication or other treatment required during the tour. Failure to make such disclosure will constitute a breach of these booking conditions and result in such persons being excluded from the tour in which case all monies paid will be forfeit. This will not prevent the Client from participating in the tour but will enable The Hvar Pub Crawl to take additional precautions for the Client’s safety at such times as may be appropriate.

13. If You Have a Complaint

If the Client has a complaint about any of the tour arrangements the Client must bring it to the attention of the tour leader at the time so that they may use their best endeavours to rectify the situation. It is only if The Hvar Pub Crawl is made aware of any problems that there will be the opportunity to put things right. Failure to complain on the spot will result in the Client’s ability to claim compensation from The Hvar Pub Crawl being extinguished. Should the problem remain unsolved a complaint must be made in writing to The Hvar Pub Crawl within 7 days of the completion of the service.

14. Our Responsibilities

The tours operated or supplied by The Hvar Pub Crawl have been designed to provide participants with an exposure to the true nature of the environment visited and therefore involve an element of potential risk and exposure to potential hazards. All bookings are accepted on the understanding that such risk and hazards are appreciated by the Client and that they undertake all tours at their own volition.

 

Cancellation & Refund Policies

1 – Changes & Cancellations:

1.1 – You can cancel your ticket anytime after purchase;
1.2 – If you cancel, your originally booked space will be given up;
1.3 – If you cancel, you’ll need to acquire or purchase another ticket to attend the event;
1.4 – Refund requests will follow our Refund Policy, as stated below.

2 – Changes:

2.1 – You can change your reservation once for free, and after that, fees may apply;
2.2 – Changes to your reservation are only possible until 3 days before the event;
2.3 – Changes are only allowed if the desired date is not sold out;
2.4 – The new desired date must be within 7 days of the original date.

3 – Cancellations from guests:

Please keep in mind that seating for this event is limited, and any cancellations made later than 7 days before the event represent a loss for the company.

3.1 – You are entitled to a 100% refund (minus a 2€ cancellation fee per person) if you cancel your ticket a week (or more) before the day of the event;
3.2 – Full refunds will be provided for cancellations made over one week in advance. For cancellations made over 72 hours in advance, a 50% refund will be provided. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance.
3.3 – Failure to comply with our Terms & Conditions stated in this document will not grant you any refund rights.

4 – Cancellations from Hvar Pub Crawl:

4.1 – We will refund 100% or (to the best of our ability) reschedule all guests if the event has to be cancelled due to reasons outside of our control, such as bad weather, boat problems, or any other issue that may compromise the safety of our event, before the event starts.

4.2 – We will refund 40% or (to the best of our ability) if the event has to be cancelled due to reasons outside of our control, such as bad weather, bar/club problems, or any other issue that may compromise the safety of our event, after the event starts and before we get to the nightclub.


Event Terms & Conditions

5 – Entry Policies:

5.1 – Outside alcohol is not allowed on the streets of Hvar, in the bar(s) or in the club;
5.2 – If you are caught with outside alcohol, it will be confiscated by the personnel and not returned at the end of the event;
5.3 – It is mandatory for every guest to follow instructions from the Hvar Pub Crawl personnel at check-in for the event, during and at the end of the event.
5.4 – You must present your purchased ticket at the Meeting Point. An ID may be requested at any stage of the event;
5.5 – Overly intoxicated guests will not be allowed to access the event, and their tickets will be cancelled without refund rights.
5.6 – Check-in closes at 10:30 pm, and we reserve the right to resell and/or disallow entry if you do not check in by this time without any prior notification.

6 – Bar Policies:

6.1 – Bar’s staff have the right to deny drinks to any guest if they feel it may compromise the safety of the guest or any other guest (in both bars and the club);
6.2 – ID may be requested at any time for any purchase if the buyer appears to be under 25 years of age, to ensure they are of legal drinking age (18).

​7 – Liability Policies:

7.1 – Everything on and inside the Jazz barrr is Hvar’s Pub Crawl / Double deluxe d.o.o.’s property;
7.2 – Guests will be held responsible for any damages to Hvar’s Pub Crawl / Double deluxe d.o.o.’s property, or any property of our partners ;
7.3 – Guests responsible for any damage to Hvar’s Pub Crawl / Double deluxe d.o.o.’s property, or any property of our partners will be financially charged according to the financial prejudice;
7.4 – If a guest refuses to pay for damages to any Hvar’s Pub Crawl / Double deluxe d.o.o.’s property, or any property of our partners the personnel will refer to local enforcement;
7.5 – Hvar’s Pub Crawl / Double deluxe d.o.o., or any of our partners cannot be held responsible for any item lost by a guest during an event and not found by the personnel while cleaning the boat.
7.6 – Hvar’s Pub Crawl / Double deluxe d.o.o. has ensured the safety of all guests, by communicating both on the microphone and posters around the boat of the rules/things that can and can’t be done onboard, any injury suffered by guests will be consider their responsibility, and Hvar’s Pub Crawl / Double deluxe d.o.o. will not be held liable for it.
7.7 – Disclaimer: The itinerary is subject to weather and safety conditions and can change any time at the discretion of the owners without previous notice (this happens in average 5% of all tours / its rare to happen)

8 – Content Policies:

8.1 – By purchasing a ticket, guests are giving Hvar’s Pub Crawl / Double deluxe d.o.o. and their personnel the right to use any content created during the event, such as photos and videos, to promote the brand and future events on the company’s website and social media;
8.2 – If a guest feels offended or wants to remove their image from any clips, stories, photos, or any other content created during the event, they can request the item be removed at hvarpubcrawl@gmail.com

Nightclub Policies

9 – Entry & Venue Policies:

9.1 – Hvar’s Pub Crawl / Double deluxe d.o.o. will not be held liable if a guest is denied entry to the nightclub due to excessive intoxication, bad behavior, or failure to arrive at the specified time;
​9.2 – As the nightclub is not owned by the Hvar’s Pub Crawl / Double deluxe d.o.o. company but by a third party, Hvar’s Pub Crawl / Double deluxe d.o.o. cannot be held liable for anything that occurs within it.
9.3 – Once inside thenightclub, the venue’s Terms & Conditions apply.
